E-Bike and Other Unauthorized Vehicle Access to BWB Green Spaces

A Message from the Board of Directors

We have recently experienced multiple instances of individuals trespassing on the golf course using E-bikes and other unauthorized vehicles.

This behavior is strictly prohibited and poses a serious risk to our golfers, staff, and property.

How You Can Help

We are asking our members and neighbors to keep watch for these offenders. If you can safely take a picture of the individuals or vehicles, it would be greatly appreciated. Please forward any information to management using our contact form.

Parents, please speak to your children and make them aware of the repercussions of this behavior.

Important Rules & Safety Guidelines

• Private Property: The golf course and all surrounding areas are private and reserved for authorized use only.
• Management Discretion: Access to the course, cart paths, or common areas may be restricted at any time for maintenance, safety, tournaments, weather, or golf operations.
• Respect the Course: We ask for your cooperation in avoiding greens and tee areas, and limiting any permitted recreational use to times that do not interfere with active golf play.

Please Be Advised: Zero Tolerance Policy

Unauthorized trespassing on the golf course is strictly prohibited. Law enforcement will be contacted immediately if anyone is caught trespassing on the property, including members.

• Financial Liability: Any damages caused to the course will be the direct financial responsibility of the individual involved (and/or their “parent or guardian”).
